We listen first.

Fire Circles

Our monthly Fire Circles are gentle spaces to gather, slow down and be heard. Rooted in deep listening, curiosity and the wisdom of the circle, we come together around the fire to share stories, reflect and connect without judgement, advice or pressure to fix. A simple space for belonging, human connection and remembering that sometimes, being truly listened to is enough. If you're curious, book your place around the fire through Eventbrite.

Online Circles

Our Online Listening Circles are open to anyone currently taking, or who has completed, our groundbreaking Listening Course. The circles offer a regular space to keep practising what you have learned, staying connected to curiosity, compassion and deep listening in the company of others.

They also create something equally important: an ongoing community of listeners, connected by a shared commitment to bringing more thoughtful, compassionate listening into our relationships, communities and everyday lives.

Deep Listening in the Afro-Carribean community

By working with people already rooted in their communities, we want these circles to grow from trust, culture and lived experience, reaching people whose voices are too often unheard and creating spaces where being listened to feels natural, human and genuinely welcoming.

A particular focus is creating spaces for men, including those who may never choose counselling or traditional support, but who still need somewhere they can speak openly about life, family, relationships, pressure, identity, work, loss, hope and everything in between.

Post-diagnosis Autistic Women Circle

A gentle space for autistic women to connect, be heard and explore life after diagnosis. Together, we make space for the questions, relief and new understanding that can come with seeing yourself differently, without judgement, pressure or the need to mask.

Listening to those carrying the unseen load

Our listening circles create space for parents and carers to step out of problem-solving mode and simply be heard. We want to listen to the realities of family life, the barriers people face, what is helping and where support is falling short.

Our City: From Listening to Action

Led by Vicky Ganley, Our City brings together people on the ground who are listening, caring and witnessing what is happening in our communities every day.

We begin with 16 people around a table, breaking bread, sharing our wisdom, lived experience and insight, and asking a simple but powerful question: what does our city actually need?

We don’t yet know who we’re going to become. But we know we are tired of hearing the same stories without change. We want to put our heads together, listen to each other and explore whether we can create a grassroots, kick-ass, impactful movement for action, one that represents people’s needs and keeps love at the centre of change.

This Could Be You

Our facilitators began with the Listening Course and are now turning deep listening into loving action within their communities.

The course is self-paced, with a supportive monthly online Zoom circle to help you deepen your practice. Learn to listen to yourself, support your family and friends, or take what you learn into your own community.

Listen. Connect. Take loving activism.
